David has over 20 years of expertise in the flooring industry with a strong focus on concrete flooring applications including polished & sealed concrete, resinous floor systems, moisture mitigation systems, and comprehensive surface preparation.
Proven experience in managing and executing projects ranging from $5,000 to over $2 million, across diverse environments such as pharmaceutical facilities, educational institutions, office buildings, hospitals, retail spaces, aircraft hangars, commercial kitchens, and large-scale warehouses.
Durwood has over 38 years of experience in the flooring industry and is backed by 30 years of hands-on installation expertise, providing a deep understanding of both flooring installation requirements and substrate performance.
Certified Mechanic/Partner for Forbo Flooring, as well as NORA, Armstrong, and Dycem certified. Possesses extensive knowledge of flooring chemicals, including hardeners and sealers, ensuring clients receive the most suitable products to meet performance and aesthetic expectations.

Jenn Reese
Project Manager
Jenn Reese is a skilled Project Manager with over two years of experience leading construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. She oversees all phases of execution, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency throughout. Jenn brings strong expertise in reading blueprints, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear, effective communication with clients.
Her background includes roles in project and preconstruction coordination, as well as leadership experience in banking, enhancing her strengths in team management and client relations. She holds an OSHA 30 certification and is proficient in ProCore, Buildertrend, Structur, and other key tools.
Joe has over 35 years of experience in the flooring industry with a specialized focus on resinous flooring systems. He is a certified installer for Dur-A-Flex, General Polymers, RBC Hallmite, among others. He has extensive expertise in polished concrete applications, providing the ability to effectively manage projects while ensuring consistent quality control throughout all phases of installation.
Recipient of Dur-A-Flex’s “Job of the Year” award in the BioPharma sector with a proven track record of installing over 100,000 square feet of resinous flooring systems across pharmaceutical and industrial facilities.
